and we're off...

...left early this morning for the airport and flew off to atlanta.  the kids seemed like they were going to be fine under the great care of kimberly and patrick--kimberly is jennifer's cousin.  we had an uneventful flight to atlanta and then headed over the atlantic to munchen.  a great stroke of luck was a half empty plane, so i had an entire row of three seats to myself.  nighty-night.

while we were flying away, caroline got her hair cut and colored.  she looks amazing with dark hair this time and gets prettier every day.
