Not So Good

This is the snake-bitten foot. Four days later, it is still very swollen and it's starting to bruise. After visiting the doctor three times in two days, we are on the right track. The lymph nodes in Evan's right leg still have venom, but his body is starting to absorb it. The devastating news at the doctor on Monday was that NO FOOTBALL until at least Monday (six more days). We are all hoping for the best: That the foot will heal quickly and that Coach Wall will be understanding and Evan's spot will be there for him even though he is missing the entire week of two-a-days. Ugh!
This is where he wants to be (he is actually there on crutches--and Jake is somewhere in the masses as well).
