big happenings in baseball right now. even though it's the off season, there's a lot of movement. fans have been waiting very anxiously to see where albert pujols landed. he's a free agent this winter and arguably the best hitter in baseball. so he is highly sought after. he's been with the cardinals since the beginning of his career. apparently, the cardinals and the marlins were bidding on pujols and then at the last minute, the angels swooped in and signed "phat albert" for $250 million over ten years. wow. sam wasn't sure he wanted his angels to tie up that much money, but he's decided to embrace it and hope for a world series ring in the next few years. the angels signed ace pitcher c.j. wilson on the same day. they're stocking up. when we told evan, he was shocked, but welcomed albert to the american league. he would like the american league to crush the national league on a regular basis. pujols helps with this campaign.
oh, and i've decided to go to germany. huzzah!
